At EBA Invest, clients pay the developer directly and sign their contract with them. Here is exactly how a purchase with us works, who receives what, and how we are paid.
Direct payment to the developer
The deposit, down payment and instalments are paid directly into the developer's account, against a receipt. EBA Invest never receives or holds any purchase funds.
Contract signed with the developer
You sign the sale contract directly with the developer. We help you read and check it, but we are not a party to the sale.
Ownership in your name
The property is registered in your name at Georgia's National Public Registry. You can check the registration yourself at any time.
Transparent fees
For the purchase, our commission is paid by the developer: our support costs you nothing extra. Only the optional turnkey package (finishing, furnishing) is quoted and paid to us for our service.

Our partnership with Archi
EBA Invest is a partner of Archi, Georgia's leading developer (19 years of experience, 51 completed projects, ISO 9001:2015 certified). This partnership allows us to market some of its projects and access its pre-sales. Sales are always concluded directly between you and Archi.
What we recommend you check
- The beneficiary account for every payment is the developer's.
- The sale contract is in your name and states the unit, size, price and payment schedule.
- After signing, the property appears in your name at the public registry (napr.gov.ge).
- For the turnkey option, you receive a detailed quote before any payment.

Do I pay EBA Invest to buy?
No. All purchase payments go directly to the developer. Only the turnkey option, if you choose it, is paid to EBA Invest, on quote.
How much does your support cost?
For the purchase, nothing extra for you: we are paid by the developer. The price is the same as if you bought alone.
Who do I sign with?
Directly with the developer. EBA Invest supports you, checks the documents and remains your point of contact.
