Tbilisi's new downtown. Pre-sale of Blocks E, F and G on 24 October 2026.
Grand Avenue is Tbilisi's largest urban regeneration project. Developed by Archi, Georgia's leading developer (19 years of experience, 51 completed projects), it turns the city's former railway factory into a complete new district: homes, shops, offices, a school, a museum and 11 hectares of parks.
The project is a 5-minute walk from the Dinamo Arena and Tsereteli metro station. A road tunnel connects it directly to Tsereteli Avenue.
Indoor and outdoor pools, spa, a 3,200 m² sports centre, 9 rooftop tennis and padel courts, co-working spaces, a food hall, playgrounds and cycle paths.
At the 2025 pre-sale, 644 apartments sold in 5 hours and prices rose the next day. The new phase releases Blocks E, F and G, with prices and payment terms reserved for that day. A $1,500 deposit registers you and secures your place in the queue.
Apartments are delivered in green frame condition (ready for final finishes). EBA Invest offers optional turnkey finishing on request.
Indicative prices based on an estimate of $1,800/m², subject to Archi's pre-sale price list.
