Trump Tower Tbilisi

Trump Tower Tbilisi is the centrepiece of Downtown Tbilisi, a new six-tower district of more than 600,000 m² built around the city's Central Park. Designed by Gensler, the tower rises 280 metres over 62 floors, with a champagne-gold facade visible from across the valley.

The residences

850 apartments, from 40 m² studios to 193 m² four-bedroom homes, all delivered fully finished to a single specification. Floor-to-ceiling glass, balconies and terraces, views of the park, the city or the mountains. Floors 54 to 58 hold the penthouse collection.

Services

24/7 concierge, residents-only entrance, valet, housekeeping, private security and a dedicated management company. Four amenity levels: indoor pool, spa and thermal suite, fitness, sky terrace, business lounge and kids' club. At the foot of the tower, a 45,000 m² galleria of shops and restaurants.

Prices and payment

From $6,500 to $9,300 per m² depending on floor, orientation and view. Studios from $284,000. You pay 20% on signing, then the balance in 60 monthly instalments directly to the developer. Example for a studio: $56,800 down payment, then about $3,787 per month.

Directly connected to Central Park, 5 minutes from Vake Park and Chavchavadze Avenue, 12 minutes from Rustaveli Avenue and 28 minutes from the airport.
